Thank you all for your comments. It's always a great pleasure to hear you enjoyed the experience. This is what makes my work worth while and keeps me wanting to do better!

Francesca:

All of us who attended your class on May 5th truly enjoyed it, and we all will be taking something learned that day to our own dinner tables.  I provided the reception desk at Fattoria Voltona with one of your cards and suggested to Claudia, the primary receptionist, that she refer guests looking to you for an enjoyable cooking experience.  As an attorney, I hope that I was convincing.  Good luck with your enterprise.

Well, we just had the most terrific time! We had SO MUCH FUN during the
cooking lessons and our teacher was positively enchanting. She
joined in the fun yet stayed very much the professional chef and taught
us very, very much. We value the information she gave us as to the
philosophy behind Tuscan cooking. We have all applied it at home and
are pleased to say that we have improved. Our taste buds are becoming
quite spoiled!!

Thank you for coming to our villa for our cooking class and dinner on September 15.  Dinner was lovely and Francesca was charming.  Fun was had by all of our party.   Italy was so beautiful.  Firenze was so fun and festive.

Hello, Francesca!
We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful wine tasting/wine learning experience you provided us at Casa Ugo in Cortona a few weeks ago.  We are back in the USA and missing Tuscany very badly.  I wish I could live there!
Hope all is well with you!
Sincerely,
Stephanie Andrews, September 2005, Colorado, USA

Thank you for an interesting and enjoyable two days.  The trip fulfilled my expectations and Francesca is an excellent professional and travelling companion.

Hi, Francesca. I was looking up something and
reminded of our cooking class with you in July.

I'd forgotten to follow up when I wrote about your "use
the oven for things you don't love" quotation.

Here's a quick piece I did on it back in August..
Hope you enjoy it. We enjoyed your class.

Merry Christmas...

Hi Francesca,
I am one of the women from Northbrook, Illinois USA that you prepared dinner for early in April.  I cannot believe that it is May now.
I sat next to you at the dining table.  I told you that I had read about the top 10 Tuscan culinary highlights in one of my books, here is the list:……………………………….
…………………. I hope you enjoy this list. I enjoyed your dinner very much. I will keep your name in my file for my next visit to Florence.
Thanks,
Dolores Anderson, May 2005, Illinois, USA

Hi Francesca,
Thank you for the wonderful dinner you prepared at your school Friday, April 1. I enjoyed not only the wonderful food, but your warm and friendly personality. The relaxed way you approached preparation for the group was delightful. I usually have a half day near anxiety attack when that many come to my home for dinner!
As I mentioned when we were leaving, if your travel plans ever bring you through Memphis, please let me know. Bill and I would love to have you visit our home. I'd only be mildly terrified if I had to cook, but I'd try !
